• By taking part in any of Dan Sephton Music's projects, you agree that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.

• By taking part in any of Dan Sephton Music's projects, you agree that you are over the age of 18 or have gained parental consent.

• By submitting any photographic or video recordings, you accept that it is your responsibility to ensure that the background of any media is appropriate and accept that any belongings or details on show may be visible in the final project, which will be shared publicly across many platforms.

• By sending in any photographic, audio, or video recordings, you agree that Dan Sephton Music owns the rights to these materials and that they can be utilised at the discretion of the business and may be shared across a variety of different platforms at any time, without the need to obtain additional consent.

• By taking part in any project where sheet music or audio files (such as guide tracks) or any other resources are provided, you agree not to replicate or distribute the materials in any way without prior permission from the original owner, ensuring that any materials are permanently deleted after completition.
